Link another item in OBCAP

The video above shows two methods to link items in OBCAP.

To create a link manually

1. Type an open bracket: "["
2. Type the number of the item you want to link: "ob1234"
3. Type a vertical bar followed by a closing bracket: "|]"
4. OBCap will fill in the name of the linked item for you.

To create a link using the assistant

1. Click "Insert a cross reference"
2. Enter a search term.
3. Click the appropriate button to search either OBCAP or PubMed for the article you want to link.
4. Click the title of the article to be linked.
